Before you write

To help us look into the issue faster, please include:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • The Nova Cast version and build number (Settings → About)
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • The type of source you're using (Xtream Codes or M3U) — never its address, username or password

Common questions

  • Does Nova Cast provide channels or content? No. Nova Cast is a player only — you connect it to IPTV sources you already have.
  • A source isn't loading or playing. Check the source's address, username and password, and confirm the source itself is online. Issues with a specific source's content or streams are handled by that source's provider, not Nova Cast.
  • How do I remove my data? Remove a source in Settings → Sources to delete it and everything tied to it, or delete the app to erase everything stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
